What is mead?
Mead, also called honey wine, is a fermented drink made from honey and water. We specialize in hydromel, a lighter, lower-alcohol style that is crisp, refreshing, and easy to enjoy, typically ranging from 3–7% ABV. Often flavored with fruits, spices, or herbs, hydromels highlight the natural character of honey while remaining bright and approachable.
